Caton Catering

I cannot say enough about Caton Catering and Chef Lora. We used them for the first time for our Holiday Party, and everything was fantastic. One of our guests told me she couldn't eat the Green Bean Casserole, nor Mashed Potatoes right away, as they were still very hot. There wasn't a single complaint about the food. Chef Lora catered a 90th birthday celebration for 30 guests serving heavy hors d'oeuvres. All arrangements were made over the phone, since I live out of town, and it all went smoothly. Food arrived as expected, and the presentation was elegant. It was all delicious, but i will mention in particular the wheel of Brie as the best I ever had, and the decorated assorted cupcakes as especially outstanding.

Recently hired for a graduation party. The Hawaiian chicken and pulled pork were favorites. We had plenty of food, prices were reasonable, they showed up on schedule and were easy to work with. I wasn't a huge fan of the large mushrooms on the vegetable platter but overall I was very pleased with the process, food and service.

Chef Lora and her staff catered my wedding a few weeks ago, and I could not be happier with her services. The food was impeccable and her prices were the best bang for the buck out of all of the caterers I surveyed in the Daytona area. Every wedding guest complimented me on the food. If that wasn't enough, Chef Lora was very accommodating with our schedules, because we do not live in the Daytona area. She was more than willing to be flexible with us since we weren't able to make it to town in the weeks prior to the wedding. I will definitely recommend Caton Catering to anyone who needs to cater an event.

Chef Lora is da bomb. Wonderful Thanksgiving meal to go. Always plenty of food and it is all delicious.
