Casey's

Casey's has a lot of selections on pizza, coffee, iced coffee, iced tea, snacks, and a lot of stuff. They do have clean restrooms, ice machine, and an ATM inside. They do offer curbside pickup but no delivery. For some reason this location doesnt show up correctly on Google Maps & the Casey's App as it wasnt correctly set up. Service is quick & staff are friendly. One of the best things is that they sell Unleaded 88 which is 15% ethanol. No other gas stations in Piedmont sell anything with ethanol.

Slushie machine is just gone, the whole reason I came in. Shelves aren't stocked at all and Mathew who checked us out was very rude and doesn't belong in customer service

Today I brought in my metal water cup and got ice as I do at every Caseys, 7-11, and OnCue's across OKC. I was charged for ice in my own cup. It may be a small thing but with competition for overpriced pizza and gas, it's the small things that give you loyal customers. Today Casey's just lost me for a $.50 charge.

This place can't get their stuff together. Want gas? Good luck. About 50% percent of the time, pumps have bags on them. The rest of the time, credit card readers do not work. They always say "all their stores are having the same problem, it's a software issue." Not true. Never have issues at the other Casey's. Today, Sunday, we go to get some donuts for the family before church. They don't have any. It sucks because I would rather shop here than our other convenient stores. I've been forced lately to shop other places.

Everytime I go to this Casey’s in Piedmont and get gas there’s never any paper to get a receipt. They tell me that they’re down i’ve heard that story for a year. when I can hear them running and there’s no paper I have to go inside and get a receipt everytime. The other day I used my card to get gas and the pump wouldn’t work I tried it twice I went inside to tell the clerk that I needed gas he had to take his hood off his head and his EarPods out of his ears to hear me I went back out to pump gas didn’t work. I went back inside and told him the pump wasn’t working and I’d moved to another pump. I spent at least 30 minutes there , you need to have the pumps fixed or have the employees go outside once in a while and put paper in the pumps. I don’t need any apologies just results.
