If you order a grilled cheese, make sure you check before you drive away. I ordered four today. None of them were done and I didn’t have time to bring them back. I did contact several people nobody was any help and guess what I decided to try again on ordering 2 grilled cheese and one was not all the way done again same place!
This sonic has been getting worse and worse. Drinks are often poorly mixed, flat, or watered down. Service randomly takes forever or they will completely forget you are even there. Today we received the most disgusting corn dog. I cannot believe they were okay sending this out of the kitchen. The meat inside was burnt to a crisp.
Ordered 2 double cheese burgers no onions mayonnaise. We got 2 singles with onions and ketchup.... how are yall this bad at your job?
Super fast service and everything was hot! The food was fresh and the drinks were really good! Thank you for the excellent service! I came here for the strawberry lemonade and ended up leaving with food as well lol 😆 can’t help it! I love their food!
Longest I have ever had to wait at a sonic. I got a single combo meal. It took 15 minutes. Food is fine, it's sonic.
