No customer service experience. Came to fill up my tank with my rewards I had saved up, the pumps ended up freezing after 1 gallon was pumped. All of those rewards gone. Was told to come and speak to the store manager Amber, she gave me the old contact customer service line. Nothing they can do. As a manager myself, they definitely could've done something. I will be using Mavericks reward system from here on out.

I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and country courtesy provided to me by the 3 lady's in the Food Service area. I had a very special and a bit odd request pizza that my family just loves. They QUICKLY accommodated that request with the utmost care and treated me like I was a daily customer from their town. My wife and I are on vacation with our boys from Indiana. And this was a small taste of our normal morning routine and it made us all Happy 😊 Thank You So Much Ladies.. You Made Our Morning 😉

Men's bathroom is one of the most disgusting places i've ever seen, the men's urinal smelt like urine. So bad you couldn't hardly stand there. There was gnats flying out of the urinal the back of the sink was black. Does not look like the bathrooms have been cleaned in a year. Absolutely disgusting

I dont know why but I have attempted to call this location about my missing ID card. I've been put on hold for over 40 minutes. Someone picks up the line then puts it back on hold. All I want is to know if my ID was left there. This is not a location to stop at if you are remotely forgetful.

Well we ordered this pizza with pepperoni, which it doesn’t have, and we are just wondering why the topping are only on the inside quarter of it? We also didn’t get any marinara with our cheese bread, like just stop serving pizza if you are going to serve it like this.
