Casey's

Just walked in at 6:53 am and two employees working one outside smoking the other is standing at the counter closest to entrance door doesn’t look up and greet me NOTHING ! I walk over to the breakfast area and seen they didn’t have what I wanted .i stood there even said excuse me and the same cashier never looked up or anything .sitting in my car and she is still in her phone not paying any attention to others in store. Cashier is female with little over shoulder length hair dirty blonde with blue highlights in hair this place was running good and had great customer service.now they are rude lazy and SUCK

Went to the store, ordered two pizzas with the exact same ingredients. Both made wrong and was missing multiple ingredients that I was charged $2 a piece for. Sausage was used instead of ground beef! The pizzas were not cooked throughly and cut in huge slices! Very disappointing!

The second time in a week and the breakfast pizza sucked. Went there for lunch and the slices were so small. Some days the slices are so big I can't eat the whole thing. Which is a good thing. Some of the cooks are great and some are just not caring about the product they are serving. Do better Mattoon Caseys. Once again no breakfast pizza at 8:30 in the morning. I guess we will have to start driving to Sullivan. Mattoon Caseys SUCKS!!!!!!

Restrooms were in a horrible condition in the morning about 9:30a.m., when we made our pit stop and purchased beverages. The toilets, floors, and sink were all dirty and no towels. Stopped again that afternoon about 3:20 and everything was worse. Worst Casey's by far!

Wanted to use the bathroom. There was no toilet paper. I told the cashier there was no toilet paper. She angrily told me I was wrong. So, I guess she wanted me to wipe with my hand? Did she think I was trying to steal her toilet paper? I prefer Casey's gas stations, but this location needs to get it together. The cooler's barely stocked. The workers in the morning are nice but at night... Unless you're going for their food, you're way better off at the Motomart down the street.
