Casey's

I love how the pizza tastes here, when it's actually done correctly. Almost every single time we have ordered there they get something wrong. If you modify your pizza you can almost forget about it being done correctly. Not to mention the wait time is usually 30 minutes to an hour and when we arrive to pick up our order sometimes it hasn't been started but the workers are just standing around. Today we ordered some pizzas and one we ordered was a taco pizza without the meat. There was no meat alright. In fact, there were no toppings on it all. Just cheese. Not even sauce. It really is too bad because the pizza can taste really good.

Everytime I go here… it’s this one particular employee who doesn’t serve me. First time it was shutting down at 9:30 I couldn’t get a fountain drink….the second time it’s the same thing… I loved Casey’s in South Dakota but Casey’s in North Dakota… I hate it!!!

The pizza is amazing, if you can get it made. The last two times we've ordered they've simply not made our order. The first time they made part of our order, but didn't have ingredients thawed out to make the rest of it. Instead of contacting us with the number on the account to see if we wanted to change the order, they just didn't make it. So when we arrived to pick it up, only half was done. Manager apologized and comped what was made, so we made it work. My wife and I just didn't eat anything and let the 4 kids split the pizza that was made, and figured it was a one off and didn't make a stinkof it. Today was a different story, and it really put us in a bind. We don't live close enough to town to run home, and our kids had sporting events in town. We placed an order to feed them betwee

I'm usually very happy with Casey's. I moved here from Wisconsin and both Casey's stores in Jamestown ND are very disappointing. They are some of the most unclean stores I've been in and coolers are always empty of drinks and hot food is always old. Employees don't care and have no desire to help out. It stems down from store manager. Was not happy with service or food from either store.
