Don’t bother ordering a pizza ahead of time for pickup, they don’t start cooking it until you arrive even when paid in advance. The "Sweet Heat Sausage and Pepperoni pizza" is just a sausage and pepperoni pizza. No sweet. No heat. No hot honey or whatever was supposed to distinguish it from a regular sausage and pepperoni. Disappointed.
Employee there messed up a transaction even though I asked more than once about item prices before checking out. Manager or assistant manager there jumped in and fixed everything without me asking or embarrassing this employee in front of the lobby. Couldn't believe how well the manager handled the whole thing, definitely retained a customer!
Upon my arrival, the online pizzas order was not prepared. The customer service representative exhibited an unprofessional demeanor.
Good coffee and friendly staff
My order was correct. The food was good and hot. The chicken was nice and juicy.I definitely will be eating there more often.
