Goshen Coffee Roasters

Goshen Coffee Roasters is truly a standout! Their pastries are incredible!!! The cinnamon rolls are to die for, soft, warm, and perfectly sweet. Their coffee cake and banana bread (pictured) never disappoints and are always a favorite of mine. I also tried the honey jalapeño cheddar scone for the first time, and it was amazing, such a unique blend of flavors that worked beautifully together. Their coffee is consistently delicious and their lavender/vanilla latte is an absolute favorite of mine. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. If you’re looking for great coffee and unforgettable pastries, Goshen Coffee Roasters is a must-visit!

Out of this world! The chocolate chunk shortbread was absolutely divine—rich, buttery, and packed with chocolatey goodness. But the goat cheese and onion scone? No words! The soft, savory onion paired with the perfectly flaky dough made it unforgettable. We also tried the sipping chocolate—a first for us. As the incredibly helpful counter person warned, it was super rich, almost like drinking a melted truffle. Unique and decadent! The key lime cold brew was refreshingly different and full of flavor, though a bit on the sweet side for my taste. Great location, super friendly staff, and truly amazing baked goods. We’ll definitely be back! Enjoying life 1 sip, 1 bite and 1 small town at a time. Explore everything!

They finally listened and opened at 6am instead of 7am!! I love/loved the Edwardsville location but my work hours are 7am-3pm so I was never able to grab before work. They have such a good iced vanilla latte! I did get it with an extra shot because the older I get, the less sweet I like it. I will definitely be back! The drive thru was quick and the employee was super kind!

First time here. We ordered two sugar-free vanilla lattes. Unfortunately for us, the lattes were lukewarm, and I watched her make them, so I would have expected them to be hot. It's a nice little place they serve some food and some pastries but it's very Starbucks like. I have to say I can't stand Starbucks so the coffee was better here at Goshen's, but not great really just okay for latte, but I've had better. It's a little pricey they want $5.50 for a small latte.

Delicious. Hot latte 1/2 sweetened with vanilla. Tasted great! The mini-sized orange 🍊 juice is adorable, too!
