Papa Johns Pizza

I have ordered from this location several times, but after tonight, I will no longer order from here. The employees continue to place all my garlic dipping sauces inside the pizza box. This makes zero sense since my pizza gets placed on the heater. The heater destroys the garlic sauce, changes the color, turns them into a watery consistency, and ruins the taste. The garlic sauce is supposed to have a thick and buttery consistency. Anticipating this issue, I called ahead and specifically asked them to place my sauces in a separate bag. Despite this, when my pizza was delivered, the sauces were once again inside the box. Some had spilled, and the seals were broken. I called to explain the issue, but the employee on the phone was unprofessional and did not take my concern seriously. He put

They outsource orders taking over the phone for Pickup!! They told me the order was ready in 20 min. Got there my Pizza Order was Incorrect. I ordered half Pep and half Veggie. The order is totally wrong. So I had to wait over an hour to make the pizza Correct! ******Another thing noticed NO Gloves being used, all bare hands make the Pizzas. Also the boys had long Loose Hair. This store does believe in Hygiene or protecting the customers hair in their food. This is against all health codes.*** I should have got Free Pizza! ***"(I do not recommend this Pappa Johns to order a Pizza. Go somewhere else). Cooperate management needs to order a Pizza and observe!! Clean this place up and do not outsource orders taken over the phone. 😧

Went to this location around 11am today. Apparently a DoorDasher inadvertently took my order, but the young man working there quickly remade my pizza and made everything right. And it was delicious! I wish I got his name, but he is a great employee.

Multibillion dollar valued company that won’t hire enough employees to deliver so they outsource to door dash who won’t pick up my order and my food takes 45 minutes due to that. HIRE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO DELIVER IF I WANTED DOOR DASH I WOULD ORDER OFF THERE. Updated 10/08/25. They still only use door dash for my house when I tell them over and over that drivers can’t find my house and I would rather wait for it to be delivered by one of them instead of it getting cold in a door dashers car
