I want to thank the young man that worked in the kitchen on 1/28/26 around 7:30pm for his excellent service! He was kind and courteous while fixing my sandwich with extra care and a smile on his face! Your employer can be proud of you and I hope you get a raise! Thank you again for a very delicious Spicy Chicken sandwich made with care! ☺️

I ordered a veggie pizza and 4- cheese breadsticks. On the way home (25 minutes), I realize there was t any marinara with the breadsticks which wasn’t a huge deal to me. After getting home I realized that my pizza was wrong. They made me a breakfast pizza and I absolutely HATE eggs. This was a huge deal but when I called the store, 5 separate times I was on hold for multiple minutes before I was hung up on. Yes, they hung up on me 5 times.

It would be nice if Nathan actually put more effort into keeping a variety in the warmers. He was in the office on his phone. and when asked why there just pizza, he told me that. we don't make extra food at night because it just a waste. I find that funny since other over night worker make a variety of foods. for the customers. why does Nathan not do his job. The cashiers are always nice and courteous.

The pizzas, wing, and chicken tenders here are excellent if you order online. Make sure to verify the ovens are running if you order early mornings (about 1-2am) as they might be cleaning them.

Once again failed to impress went in at 12:00 am Saturday morning. Nathan was in the kitchen on his phone again. The warmer had 1 slice of old pizza. It took 3 times of saying excuse me before he recognized I was there. I asked if anything was coming out he said no. That if I want something I have to order online or call the store. I told him I did call the store but no one answered the phone. What has happened to Casey's? Why dont the employees have food available anymore why cant kitchen employees care about the customers like the cashiers do. Your cashier greeted me and asked if there was anything he could do. but I had wasted enough time waiting. I had to get back to work.
