El Viejo Mexican Restaurant

The staff was super friendly and the drinks were great. And the food blew me out the water better than El jefe and I can't believe I am saying this better than El Fagon in Des Moines. And the price was right. I and my wife are coming back. ASAP

Great experience! Very good food for a fair price. The salsa (with chips) was mild, and I really could enjoy the flavors of the ingredients. The bathroom is very nicely cleaned. The staff overall was super friendly, as well. If there's something to change, they could use some extra napkins available on the tables. Today I had the chicken fajitas lunch and it was delicious!

Great food. Love the seafood, nothing small about it. Service is great too! Definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant.

The only reason the service got a three is because of the language barrier. I asked for four extra tacos and three different people brought me extra tacos. Two brought me four and one brought me an extra two so I ended up with 10 two of them were meals. I felt bad so I wasn't going to send them back because they were very good. However it cost me way way more than it was supposed to, about 40 bucks more than it was supposed to be.

Great food and service! The California burrito and chicken chimichanga were great! Lots of flavor and big portions. Will definitely be coming back!
