Iconic pizzeria, though depending on what standard of pizza you're used to it might leave you wanting more. That being said the prices are pretty good, and in my experience ordering online and picking up was quick and easy. The pizza itself to me was just not quite there. Sauce was good but cheese and dough was way too chewy. Not like terrible and it's pizza at the end of the day so it's fine, but just left me disappointed. Separate from the pizza, I will say the wimpy skippy and pig in a blanket were actually pretty good. I'd say the pies and other menu options are the real stars of the show here. Though for pizza in Federal Hill it's not the end all be all.

Ordered a pizza for Sunday night football. Large well done. Got home with the pizza and it just came out of the oven. Pizza was not hot. Lukewarm.. and I live 2 minutes down the street. The pizza was anything but well down and barley any sauce. It was like ordering a half baked. My boyfriend was super upset so I called back thinking maybe we could return it and get a new one and all the women on the phone said was “ I’ll talk to the people who are baking it.” I always tell my boyfriend when we order pizza .. GET CASERTAS.. not anymore. I was in hospitality for 11 years and it was always do the right thing and make the customer happy. The women never tried to make it right. 30 bucks down the drain and now our pizza is in the oven cooking more when it shouldn’t be. Isn’t that the point of or

I ordered a Large Cheese and Pepperoni with Olives on one half of the pizza from Casserta Pizza. I also ordered it with extra sauce and well done but not burnt. When we got our pizza, it wasn't hot, the sauce was not cooked, it was like they just opened a can of tomatoes and put it on the pizza after it was cooked. The pizza hardly had any pepperoni on the whole pizza, a slice on each piece and a few pieces of pizza had 1/2 slice of pepperoni. The pizza was also not cooked well, it was doughy and on 2 of the outer pieces the crust was burned. When I told the lady behind the counter that the pizza was horrible, it was doughy, not cooked well, hardly any pepperoni (it was thinly slices like you could see through it) and hardly any olives on the other half, she didn't say a word. The

I’ve traveled all over the world, and one thing I make a point to do everywhere I go is eat pizza. From tiny street spots in Europe to famous pizzerias in major cities, I’ve had it all—and hands down, Caserta’s Pizzeria is the best pizza I’ve ever had. There’s something special about this place that’s hard to put into words. The crust is perfect, the sauce is rich and flavorful, and every bite feels like it’s made with care, tradition, and pride. It’s the kind of pizza you keep thinking about long after you’ve finished eating. Caserta’s isn’t just great compared to local spots—it beats anything I’ve had anywhere in the world. That’s not exaggeration; that’s experience talking. If you consider yourself a pizza lover and haven’t been to Caserta’s yet, you’re missing out. This is the gold

Crammed between Federal Hill and a drop to Route 10. Good pizza though.
