Casapulla's Hockessin Subs & Steaks

My daughter was hungry and we were at her doctor's appointment so I had to find somewhere close to get her something to eat. I looked at Google maps and found Casapulla's. It is a diamond of a find! I ordered an Italian sub and a chicken cheesesteak sub and they were both out of this world!!! I was greeted with warmth and genuine pleasure and the atmosphere was festive. They are not close to where I live, but I am willing to make the drive to have more of their subs.

We order from here on a regular basis because we love the food. Today I added a note to my order asking them to say "Happy Birthday" to my husband when he picked up. They not only said "happy birthday", they gift wrapped his sandwich and wrote him a note. I LOVE this kind of above and beyond service. Thanks, guys! :)

We love Casapulla's but have never been to the Hockessin location before. After tonight, I know we'll be returning soon! Ordering online was easy, and our food was hot when we arrived at the pick up time. Plenty of parking, clean inside, friendly girls working behind the corner. We ordered a chicken cheesesteak and a mushroom cheesesteak. Both were fantastic! Plenty of meat and toppings.

By far the worst food ever. The food was kept under the grill top when I got there. I ordered a hot dog with cheese and all the cheese was stuck to the parchment paper. My onion rings were rolled up so tight they were all mushed together in a ball. The “large” fries were so soggy and disgusting. They definitely do not care about the quality of the food they serve. I will never be spending my money here again. I called to speak to the manager and she said “well it doesn’t seem like you like our food, so I don’t know what you want me to do”. Talk about customer service!!!

very few good Hoagie shops left, Casapulla Shop is one of them. authentic taste, prompt service, like everywhere pricey, however they are lower than most Good Sub Shops.
