We’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints. It’s one of those small Italian places that just feels like home the second you walk in, warm, friendly, and you can tell everything is made with care. The pasta is always fresh, the sauces taste like someone’s grandma is in the kitchen, and the specials are consistently amazing. The staff knows us by now and they’re always so welcoming. It’s the kind of spot you look forward to going back to every time. Highly recommend if you want real, comforting Italian food.

We just had our daughter’s communion luncheon there, can’t say enough great things: from the first moment when we booked, everything was really easy and smooth. Very accommodating and friendly. The service was excellent! The luncheon package had a beautiful variety of meat and fish, it was a great menu, all the guests loved the food and said they would come back on their own. Excellent experience!

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of experiencing a delightful Valentine's Day dinner at Cafe Rustica in Smithtown, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly greeted and seated with genuine delight. Our waiter was incredibly attentive, patiently answering our questions about the specials and offering his recommendations on the most popular and tastiest entrees. Within minutes, we were toasting to another Valentine's Day celebration with perfectly crafted dirty martinis that set the tone for the evening.
