Casa Latina

I stopped by here during my upstate New York roadtrip. I asked one of the waitresses if the outdoor seating was available for me to sit in and she just looked at me for a couple seconds and then responded, “yeah” in an irritated tone. Mind you, I literally just walked up to the restaurant as a fresh customer and asked a very reasonable question. I wasn’t sure why she was irritated from the early start. I ordered a steak burrito that came out fairly bland. Not terrible, but just very average and the spice level was…watered-down. I usually finish my plate, but I stopped eating half-way because the flavor was quite disappointing. The whole bill came out to like $14, and I tipped more than what was deserved. Great spot for a casual quick bite! After spending the day in the very expensive town in was nice to not be priced gauged at this spot. The food is yummy, would definitely recommend.

Every time my family and I are out in Hudson, we have to stop at Casa Latina! Pleasant staff, and their food is freshly made. That verde sauce is to die for!! Absolutely delicious as always 🙌🏼

Immediately when you come in, you feel the warmth brought by the family business. Though the place is small, it is worth visitng as this small family restaurant does not fall short compared to other mexican restaurants. The food is not only fantastic with excellent flavors, but also every bite you take reminds you of that comfortable feeling you feel when eating home food. In addition to the excellent flavors, the price of the food itself is very reasonable and not expensive at all. Affordability and the excellent taste of homemade mexican food....what more can you ask for??

Absolutely amazing food!!! Very authentic and will drive 30 minutes just to have some good steak burrito. The place is still very new but has the potential to grow much more. With there great hospitality and great food, there is no reason this is a great place. Oh, also there prices are amazing! The mother who runs the restaurant has been featured in Hudson Valley magazines and has an incredible story. That can be read in the store.
