Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. From the moment we walked in, the staff (Nancy H)was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They charged a $6 gratuity for just 3 customers, which itself is ridiculous — and on top of that, the service was absolutely horrible. We had to ask multiple times for a single simple request, and even after repeating ourselves again and again, the server still didn’t bring it. Instead of apologizing or doing her job properly, she acted annoyed, walked around with an angry face, and treated us like we were a burden. There was zero courtesy, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. Paying extra gratuity for this kind of attitude feels like an insult. It will be a long time before I go back to this place. I took my family here for a meal and they seated us in the bar area... then after sitting there for a few minutes my wife and I realized that one of the 3 tv screens was playing something awfully gory that was showing blood shed, stabbing, shooting, murder and much.. more. That should be disturbing enough for a grown adult let alone my 10,6, and 3 year old boys. So I kindly asked if it was possible for them to change the channel for my children's sake and they refused. We have waited half an hour, no food and got drinks after what felt like a long time of waiting. The chandeliers are low enough to hit your head on. The mozzarella sticks weren't warm (even though they were $10) and were the second worst mozzarella sticks I've had. The coconut shrimp sauce doesn't look like normal coconut shrimp sauce and tastes like garlic. We haven't finished our food at all. The number 19 was drenched in sour cream and the steak was a bit over cooked even for a standard well done restaurant steak that's either not seasoned or only has salt and pepper. The rice wasn't to boast about, and the refried beans taste a bit salty for some reason. We at least got fast refills for drinks after we had to wait a long time for food. Our first time here. The atmosphere was very nice and surprise there was Mexican music playing in the background. Ha! Prices were very reasonable. It's hard to stand out at a Mexican restaurant because a lot of them are pretty much all the same but this one had some different dishes and the food was very tasty. they were very Covid-friendly too.

Atmosphere is same as the usual resturants. The waitress was rude and impatient even though it was not busy (only one other table with 2 people) and the food was eh. I have eaten at other Casa Grande's and have always had a positive experience. Not at this location and would not go back.
