Traditional Carvel ice cream soft serve and regular. Plenty of ice cream cakes. The prices are very high, I spent $15 on a medium shake and hard scoop of icecream with no toppings.

I go here on the regular, very inconsistent portions and customer service. I just got a small shake, which in recent times they reduced the size of the cups. I wasn't expecting a medium or large portion in a small cup. Typically, I get whipped cream, which will be topped with an expanded clear cap. The young person forgot the whipped cream as it had a flat lid, so I asked for the whipped cream, then I was handed the same cup and regular lid, which whipped cream was added to. The shake felt awfully light. So, I gave the benefit of the doubt to the ice cream server. Not suprised by what I received a cup, barely half full, which the top of the cup is what allows for the product. Additionally, I purchased flying saucers over $20 in total. To management/ ownership, you have to do better .

Picked up a nice ice cream cake for my friend. Staff was friendly and did a great job on writing the name. The store is packed with many ice cream cakes and desserts available.

Our favorite Carvel by far! The staff is wonderful, always helpful, patient and very accommodating to special requests! The service is great! The store is very clean and they serve quality ice cream and beautifully decorated cakes (they can make pretty much make any design/style you want). Another plus- convenient hours and location. The best ice cream shop around!

The service & quality of ice cream has been consistent since the 80's. On hot days, you may find a line that most people don't mind waiting in because it will go fast & there's a cold yummy treat that'll be the reward for your patience. The new cold brew salted caramel is this year's favorite!
