place is always dirty. found 21 small pieces of plastic in my cinnabon soft serve ice cream and woman who served me was very rude. she had on a mask with her airpods in and was ignoring her customers. seemed like the manager. what type of manager would control her store like this. seems very immature. very disappointing. 0/10 will not be back here

Ok but there are definitely better carvel locations. My wife and kids complained their various candy toppings were stale.

Got the brookie swirl. The only downside is that I had to eat it quickly to prevent melting. The plus side is now I'll have to come back again and have more! Wish we had one of these where I am in NC. Friendly staff and good service as well.

We always have a great experience at this location. The staff there is always friendly & I'm always impressed that the toppings area behind the counter is kept so clean. We will keep coming back here!

One of the better carvels around. They don't seem to have the XL size for shakes, which is fine. Full range of outlet ice creams, I just wish they had milk alternatives as well. The employees are really nice.
