Carusos Bistro

Been going to Carusos for years. Never a disappointment. It's a hike from Smyrna, but always worth the trip. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server, Gabby, quickly introduced herself and took our drink order. She never missed a beat. Everything was cooked to order and served professionally. Our meals were cooked to perfection and our stay was unrushed. Thank you Gabby and Carusos for a nice experience.

Perfect location, the waitress was perfect, so kind and quick. The place is decorated perfectly. But unfortunately there were fruit flies like crazy in the restaurant. They were so bad it started to turn us off. The food had flavor, and it would be perfect it it truly wasn't for the flies. The leftovers we ended throwing out because we didn't feel comfortable eating it.

I have FINALLY after living here for 15 years, found the only good pizza place in all of Delaware. Awesome pizza!!! This place reminds you of a NY pizzeria from the moment you step in. The (I think must be) owner always greets me with a smile at the register and I can't resist picking up a random slice in addition to the order my wife usually calls in. Keep up the great work guys, and don't ever change 👍

We love this place. Melina and Olivia are fantastic! The owner greets us every time we go in for dinner. Food is delicious! Highly recommend Chicken Francese and Chicken Marsala.

Went in quick off the highway during a road trip for slices. They warmed them up for us and they tasted great! Nice chewy, crunchy crust. One guy was yelling at another behind the counter hence the four stars.
