Carrabba's Italian Grill

Had not been to Carrabba’s in about ten years. We were in the area and decided to pop in for dinner because we had enjoyed it so much years ago. Upon walking in we were greeted immediately by the host, a young gentleman. An older man who could have been the manager walked up to the host mumbling about where to seat us and engaged in a short conversation which was very off putting. It was only around 5:30, and a Thursday, the restaurant maybe had a two tables of guests yet we were seated a the car area. Not a big deal, but seemed unusual . Had not been to a Carrabas in almost 10 years. I order the chicken trio and it tasted exactly like I remembered. Everything was delicious.

My husband and I went for lunch on 4/2/25 before 12:50pm. Kaitlyn G. Our server was super nice, friendly, efficient and professional! Thank you Kaitlyn G. My husband had the chicken parmigiana sandwich with Caesar salad. That was good and the salad was fresh! I had the supposedly steak Marsala sandwich and penne with red pasta sauce. The pasta was delicious and hot BUT the sandwich did not have the Marsala wine sauce on the steak pieces. It was like a gray brown sauce with mushrooms. These dinners are always very, very good, but tonight’s dinner was exceptional. I’ll be dreaming about the mushroom soup and rigatoni tonight although everything was excellent. Those are my favorites. The manager spends time at every table and makes you feel very very welcome. Service is efficient, pleasant and friendly; you don’t usually get all three together. If I had a complaint, it’s the location. We have to travel over an hour to Carrabba‘s but it is Worth it.

Food was excellent. Everything from the appetizer to dessert was really good. It was pretty busy and I think they forgot about us a couple of times because we saw other people put in their order 20 minutes after us and still get their food before us. Every time I complained about the wait the food came in a few minutes. I would almost say that it was worth the wait. We got the valentines day special.
