Carolina Brewery & Grill

I was driving through the area, was going to stop at McDonald's, but noticed this establishment. It was about 9p.m. during the week. Very welcoming atmosphere, clean, and esthetically pleasing. I didn't have to wait to be seated bc of the day & time I was here but I can imagine it gets a lot of business. Menu was basic which I can appreciate when it comes to making a decision on my meal. I chose the salad & added salmon. I was even asked how did I want my salmon cooked. House dressing paired deliciously with the salad. It was very filling and I'm happy that I ordered it. Service was impeccable. Ray was an awesome server. I appreciated when I had a few different requests and I apologized he said, "It's ok it's my job." Kali was very pleasant and checked in to make sure all was well.

I had the pleasure of eating a nice lunch here last week. This place is a hidden gem. They brew some of the best beer in the Carolinas here on site. Dakota was my server and he was very friendly and efficient and really contributed to a great experience. I was looking for a healthy option on the menu and I got the Harissa Salmon Bowl and it was great! It's hard to find fresh and made from scratch food like that at a Brewery and the dish was absolutely amazing! My compliments to the Chef and Brewer as well! I would ansi recommend this spot!

Stopped here for a quick meal. Clean and spacious dining area. Great service. They have a very nice outdoor dining area where they also have live music acts. The beer is tasty, too! Their XXX hot wings are not very spicy at all, but they were still very good. The tacos are really good. The burrito bowl is very good, too.

While in the neighborhood, we went to the Pittsboro location. We placed a burger and some chips order. It was cooked to perfection, and every flavor was perfect. The bun was warm and incredibly soft. It's always good to get fresh cut fries as well. Excellent cuisine and a wonderful ambiance. They also offer sitting outside. An excellent experience all around.
