Lucas Tacos and Burgers

This is probably the best al pastor and crazy corn I’ve ever had. Jose really knows what he’s doing—quick, fairly priced, and very friendly. He has a great background story from Guatemala as well. We had a grill night on Saturday and really wanted his corn. Even though he wasn’t open when we stopped by, we called and he still helped us out for dinner. We needed 12 corn and he made sure we got all 12. Great food and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Lucas was very quick and kind! The chicken tacos were fresh, and the horchata is the best I've had. They even do Uber Eats.

Traditionally tamales are shared at Christmas. Lucas Tacos and Burgers made mine to special order. I got 20 tamales grandotes de pollo con salsa verde. One tamal was enough for 2 people. Notably for those dubious of food truck health standards, the fresh tamales had to be first cooled according to government food-handling regulations before the owner would give them to me. I was impressed, and so were everyone's tastebuds who got to eat them. Highly recommended.

Don't judge a book by its cover. I was skeptical at first, buying food from an abandoned gas station taco truck... but man, is this good. Two filled to the brim tacos and a large chicken tamale for $10. Can't beat that anywhere. The quality is great.

10/10 stopped here on my way home and it did not disappoint. I love trying Tripas tacos (intestines) and this place does them best! No butter or oil it’s fried in its own fat and I can’t wait to come back and have more 👌 Jose is the best as well, very hospitable
