I just want to give a shoutout to the amazing drive-thru employee at this Carl's Jr.. She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and attentive. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Her positive attitude really stood out and made my visit a great one. Thank you for such excellent service!

I recently visited Carl’s Jr. and overall had a really positive experience. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly from the moment I walked in. You can tell they genuinely try to make customers feel welcome. The only issue I ran into was that there were absolutely no napkins available anywhere, which was a little inconvenient. Even so, the employees did their best to help me out despite not having much they could do about the situation. Their effort and attitude definitely made a difference. Great customer service — just hope they restock the napkins next time!

Absolute cinema. The cuisine was exquisite and quiet delightful for my body to consume. The employees were quiet polite if I say so myself. Best hamburger with cheese in my 67 years of living. Only if they had beans on toast...

This place is really nice, I come here often and the atmosphere is really nice it’s one of those places that you and who ever you are with, I will make sure you and your family or friends have a good time.The staff is really kind and will take your order and the man anger is really nice and the staff is cool too. So, in conclusion you should go to Carls Jr’s at Santa Paula.

I love Carl's juniors! But it's just too expensive now. I ordered a meal and it cost me $18.02 with tax. I understand everything's going up but for one meal at a fast food restaurant, that's too much money.
