I get it. It's fast food, so you can't really expect much. But my issue here is the fact that I went to order food through the app, then couldn't find my card, but had cash. I was expecting to pay the same amount. That was NOT the case! I was charged an extra $5 for the same exact thing that I had in my cart on the app. Going in to dispute the charge didn't matter because they claim they can't add an extra patty as part of the meal, it has be rung up separately (hence the extra $5). I dont understand why the app system, as far as upgrades, is different than the physical store. Needless to say, based on this interaction alone, I won't be returning.

I recently stopped by Carl’s Jr. in South Lancaster, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which instantly made me feel at home. I ordered the famous Western Bacon Cheeseburger, and it did not disappoint—juicy, flavorful, and just the right amount of smoky goodness! The fries were crispy and perfectly salted, too. The atmosphere was casual and laid-back, making it a great spot to grab a quick bite or hang out with friends. Plus, the place was clean and well-kept, which is always a plus in my book. If you’re craving a delicious burger and good vibes, I highly recommend swinging by Carl’s Jr. You won’t regret it! 🍔✨

First time trying Carls Jr. Tried different types of burgers they had and definitely their chicken one is the best. Great strawberry lemonade

Stopped by the highway for a quick bite. The burgers were delicious. I love they had options with a bit of character, and the avocado and bacon burger was great. Service was friendly and efficient.

Such a great crew. The manager Namoey kindly offered me a complimentary meal when i realized my wallet was left sixty miles away at home.
