Everytime I go to this location the lady at the drive thru is really nice and always smiling. However, they never get my order right. I get home and something’s wrong. It’s usually something minor like they didn’t put cheese on something. Today they gave me a small hash brown instead of the large I paid for. Like usual, I wouldn’t even bother complaining if that was the only issue. But when I got home today and grabbed the bag off of my passenger seat I immediately felt grease on my hands. The bottom of my bag was soaked in grease. It left a small puddle on my car seat even. Inside of the bag the hash brown box was LITERALLY dripping grease. Needless to say, the hashbrowns themselves weren’t edible. Worse though is the fact that now I will need to pay to get my car seat shampood.

When I walked in it low key kinda stunk like no one has cleaned the grills or fryers in like a month, but the classic chicken sandwich was supprisingly good, if only it wasn't $7 for just the sandwich. This location also has some cool murals

I ordered a breakfast burger and big country burrito with extra gravy. when I got it they put the gravy in a container on the side, the lid was not on tight and it leaked ALL over inside the bag. it's fine if they forgot to put it on the burrito but at least make sure it's closed tight so it doesn't leak all over everything..I reached in to get something and got a hand full of gravy instead. They really need to make sure the orders they're handing out are acceptable to be doing so

I stopped getting the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich because it's never toasted anymore. This morning caved and wanted to try again. Soft fluffy buttered bread and cold cheese, not a hint of grilled or touch of heat. It's still an edible sandwich, but come on! Also they didn't have sugar or creamer for coffee today.

First time at a Carl's junior in 10 years and pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. Got the El Diablo and it did not disappoint. Right amount of spiciness, and the fries were really good. The counter brought out good to the table, which is never the case for fast food counter order type establishments. The atmosphere was pleasant with local artwork representative of the area and sports. Clean and inviting, glad I stopped by.
