Carl's Jr.

I can't remember the last time I dined in at a Carl's Jr. Perhaps, a drive-thru visit before Covid. This location was one of my all time favorite in Southbay area, when it use to have a playground (my kids would frequent in the late 90s). Carls Jr also happens to be my former employer when I was in high school. Lots of changes...Menu changes, price hikes, uniforms, staffing and more empty tables. I didn't like that there was an empty ice tea container at the beverage station. Moreover, staff did not bother to replenish the drink or attached a sign indicating that it was empty. The other option was to remove the ice container altogether, away from the beverage station. I liked that the burgers were served hot and fresh. The fries were served the same but way crispier, fresh off the frye

Irma I came in today to order just a burger and get a soda. The shift leader is so sweet and kind and has the best attitude, especially early in the morning. I recommend this place because of its customer service and the food is good. Her name is. Irma

Worst place as far as service. What can I say make sure to always double check your order because my it never fails that these employees at this particular place will forget something from your order. And to make things worse they dont answer the phone to compensate so either they steal your $ or you go back which is an inconvenience if your all the way home. Unfortunate as I love the food chain but wont be returning, or at least not here. The staff needs better training as well as consideration.

A good Carl's. Nice staff, busy location, so food is always freshly prepared.. Drivethru is quick, and it's easy to get right back on the road if you do stop off here.

10 minutes to get 1 order of fried zucchini in drive thru is unacceptable. Carls Jr on 13th and Palm in Imperial Beach. Lost a customer!
