Caribou Coffee

This was only my second visit to Caribou Coffee. It wasn't too busy during my early afternoon visit. The store was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My large Iced Latte definitely hit the spot.

Big back has an orange hat with attitude. Poor service and poor value. Employees seemed disengaged, and the quality didn’t match the price. My medium matcha was only half full, despite costing close to $8. I took a photo because it was that noticeable. Won’t be returning.

Dee is the truth. Whatever their pay, I’d argue it should be more. Super fast, professional and so polite they make you smile. Never been to this location and loved it!

Just had the worst caribou experience ever. They were obviously training new people but the manager in charge (I assume she was training folks) made a mocking face like I'm a dumbass when the trainee asked her a question and then i tried to clarify. Nicole is the employee's name and when I asked her name she started to make smart-ass comments. I understand the stress of working at a fast-paced food environment and another employee apologized but she seemed very hostile. She did eventually apologize but it was more half hearted than sincere and she only made it when she realized I was writing a negative review.

I went to caribou drive-thru to order a large hot drink. After I pay, I waited about 10 minutes and they gave me the wrong drink. The size was incorrect, the drink was cold and not what I ordered and the drive-thru customer service person seem like that didn't know what they were doing. I even double check with them before paying and they confirmed my order yet still got my drink wrong. I will not be going back to that caribou.
