Caribou Coffee

Great coffee and muffins! They have good bagels too with multiple spread options. The furnishings and wall hangings were great too. Well placed and convenient coffee shop. Friendly staff!

I stopped at Caribou to get some work done before my meetings. I ordered the pumkin spice latte and the blueberry almond oatmeal. Originally, I waited in line but ended up ordering on the app. I had to ask for my order due to the app automatically picking the drive up. The latte was tasty, just not as warm as I usually like, and the oatmeal tasted great.

What was supposed to be a quick breakfast trip turned into an HOUR waiting in line, ordering, then when I pull up to the window they tell me they don’t have what I ordered in stock. Why didn’t the person who was taking my order say that?? 🙄

Really love caribou coffee I'm general. This location is nice and new, but it looks like I have run into the same personnel issues others have commented on. Our orders also didn't taste right, but I'll attribute that to being possibly the first customers of the day. Hopefully their quality in both product and customer service improve.

I’ve come to love this Caribou location:) always so friendly and they make my Expresso shaker perfect every time.
