Caribbean Shack

Went to the shack today and let me tell you!!.. this is it!!! Come on down and try the new Tacos! I had the jerk chicken taco, oxtail taco, and shrimp curry taco. They all were REALLY GOOD! If you haven’t stopped by, then come on down you won’t be disappointed!! TACO TUESDAYS!! The owner was very nice and food was very presentable. The new waitress was also very nice, S/o to you BOTH!! ❤️

The ambience of this place truly surprised me. I ordered Jerk Chicken with cabbage & Caribbean Punch. The food was amazing. Roberta is that woman! Great experience.

Decided to visit the Caribbean shack for lunch. Not much to say but, I ordered the Curry goat with rice and peas and cabbage. The Cabbage was dry and hard, barely cooked, rice and peas were decent but the curry goat was different, not in a good way. The spices and seasoning used wasn't how I've ever had curry goat, it was just barely ok. . Didn't even take pictures

Ordered a vegetarian plate. Really disappointing. Colorless, bland and dry. Cabbage was shredded and flavorless. Mac and cheese didn't look appetizing at all. And there was like 6 beans in the rice and beans. I could only taste pepper as a seasoning. The atmosphere/design of the place is really nice. But when I walked in, it was dark and empty. (Should have left then).

Too pricey for the quality and quantity of food you receive. Very small portion of cabbage as a side. Would have appreciated the option of choosing my 2 sides, instead I was only given the option of 1 side as my choosing and it was mandatory that I received plantains as my second side. I ordered the goat and my spouse the oxtail. I usually love Caribbean food but this food was very bland in my opinion. It was worth a try but we will not be returning
