Capt'n Pete's Seafood Market

My family bought shrimp and red snapper to cook, both were very fresh and were delicious! The market has a large variety of spices and everything else you need to go with your seafood. They also carry Pete’s seafood market t-shirts. It’s located on the inter-coastal waterway and has two rocking chairs in front where you can sit and watch the boats! The owners were very helpful in telling me exactly how to cook the fish and I went back the day I was leaving HB to buy more shrimp and they packed it up in ice. They usually carry shrimp, red snapper, mahi, tuna, salmon, clams, and crab legs.

I've been coming to Captain Pete's since I was a kid (when most of the folks behind the counter were kids running around the place too). It's been a true Holden family business for over 30 years. The fish is exceptional, the freshest you can get anywhere.

Best shrimps! We look forward to our trip to Holden Beach every year! This is a requirement for the week! We've never been disappointed!

We have been Capt'n Pete's customers for decades, and buy locally caught shrimp and fish each visit. The market is clean and spacious, and offers a limited selection of sauces and seasonings. The ladies behind the counter are wonderful and happy to offer preparation suggestions. Be aware that they are only open in the busy season, roughly April-October.

A little tricky to find since you have to walk past a restaurant to get to it. But plenty of frwdh seafood options. Also seasonings, fish fry mix, etc. Mothing in the way of shirts or such
