I had a hankering for fish. Perfectly-fried fish. I walked into Captain Fish House and I was not disappointed! Amazing prices, great combos, huge servings, that classic fish, hush puppy and fried okra crunch. You see I inhaled one of my fish fillets and that perfectly-balanced key lime pie. I have driven past the plaza where this restaurant is located a hundred times and never knew it was there. But last night, I was really craving a fish fry, so I looked local seafood restaurants up online. I'll be honest: even knowing where it was located, it was a little challenging to find. The sign isn't prominent, but our effort in finding this place was rewarded. My sister and I got the Alaskan whitefish with shrimp; my husband got the trout, and we shared some fried okra for the table. Everything was crisp, hot, lightly breaded, flavorful, and tender. Bonus: the food was reasonably priced. The place isn't fancy, but it was very clean, and the service was better than I've had at much fancier places. First time eating here today. It was little pricey. Shrimp was good. Fries was basic with no seasoning. I got catfish fried extra crispy.. I didn't really care for the fish or fries. No seasoning on it. I'll go back but only for the shrimp. Lady at the front was nice.

Really good food and service! Food was out in a timely manner with great quality. The staff here is very friendly & welcoming! Even have 2 menus for the people who don’t like seafood, you have many other options to try! Definitely give this place a try.
