Never have an issue from this place but TONIGHT really did a test on my patience. I went through the drive thru around 9:15PM tonight and when I was there I tried to order something I KNEW I had ordered previously at least 5/6 times. I ordered 2 fish combos and then I had realized that he only rang up meals (which do not come with drinks). So I very politely asked for him to switch to combos and he said there are no fish and fry combo meals and says that I was staring at the senior meal. I just agreed and said okay because I figured this might’ve been a new change. I went back around to look at the menu and what do I see? THE VERY COMBO I HAD ASKED FOR! Then I went back inside to let him know and extremely rudely he says “WELL WHAT SIDE WOULD YOU LIKE?!” I told him none and let him know I

New Circle rd location is my favorite. Always enjoy the $5.99 meal it's filling and delicious. They now sell Cheesecake Factory desserts also. Interior could use some tlc in cleaning better.

My family has been enjoying the New Circle Road Lexington KY location for many years, our dinning experience has always been fantastic Excellent quality and Customer service.

Great fish and staff are courteous, something that is lacking at most fast food venues

We eat there often. Usually good. Employees have been polite and friendly. The tables and floors always have a clean appearance. My only complaint is when deep fried items are occasionally cooked in old oil that give it a nasty "burnt-oil taste". That's pretty typical for fast food restaurants. **Update 7-6-25: The owner of this restaurant replied and said they would correct the issue of burnt oil taste in the deep fried food. Since that time the last several times we've ate there the deep fried food has tasted like it should with no burnt oil taste. Everything has been freshly made. I've not experienced any further issues. Two thumbs up for getting that corrected. I can again look forward to eating there often.
