Ordered on the app, pulled into the drive thru at my scheduled time and was told it’s not ready so my best bet was to come inside. So I brought all my kids inside and was rudely told, my food was just started so it’ll be 10-15 minutes. What is the point in ordering ahead, or having a drive thru… there was no one inside or in line by the way. This will absolutely be my last time coming here. If it wouldn’t have been a hassle canceling and getting my money back, I would have.

Drive through was nothing but ATTITUDE Received my food & drink & my drink has some nasty weave hair in it Good way to be reported to heath services which is what I’ll be doing (I’m a blonde. This is not my hair)

I don't usually do this but, I used to come to this Captain. D's all the time but I hadn't been there in a while simply because the food never tasted right. Today I go and order the deluxe seafood platter. It was awful and a new low their preparation. The fish was mushy like it was old. The devil crab tasted like they stuffed the shell, dropped it in the grease for maybe a minute long enough for it to Brown and took it out. This will be the last time I spend money at this restaurant. I don't know what they're doing but the food is getting worse and worse. The customer service was friendly but it does not make up for me paying $15 for food I had to put into the trash. Y'all need to do better. Not for me but for your future customers. This was really bad. Do better next time

There was something odd about their fish compared to other Capt. Ds I have eaten at. Usually you pick a brand youre familiar with. But at this store I was thrown off. As for all other aspects they were friendly polite and helpful. One other thing.There was a big piece of cardboard near the drink dispenser, which I will assume because there was a problem with the drink dispenser.But it was more of a trip hazard than a help.But thats just me talking.

They served me raw fish. The manager told me I would be refunded for my meal. The refund never came. These people are incompetent and inconsiderate. Raw fish could cause serious health problems.
