Hidden gem on Big Island!! Really good selection, including green coffee beans, and by far the best pricing as well. They also have macadamia nuts, macadamia toffee, coffee chocolate, and cacao! Emmerich and Maggie are happy to chat and teach about the coffee as well as recommending other local spots. Hours are flexible but generally 10a-4p (can call to check as well). It is cash/check only and no ATM on premises. The location on maps is correct, but keep an eye out as the warehouse is shared with a granite company (left side granite company, right side Captain Cook Trading Co). Highly recommend stopping by!

This is by far the best place to go if you’re looking to get Kona coffee beans. 100% Kona beans that smell amazing, and for about half the price of those anywhere else, plus with the same quality as the best. Emmerich was happy to chat and was great at describing the coffee process from start to finish, with examples for you to hold. Note this place is cash only (no Venmo/Paypal either). Also little tip - the Google maps location is accurate, and his bay/area is past the marble/granite and flooring section, but before the kids’ daycare/school facility. The cardboard boxes tipped me off to his area.

What an amazing experience! Having lived on big island for 3 years when I smell kona coffee being roasted it takes me away like few other things I know in life. This company has a gigantic following a cross the world for their wonderful coffee, while visiting today I had the pleasure of meeting emerich and Maggie i bought some medium roast and am better for having met them both. They ship coffee so I'm including their information. Kona coffee is a favorite if not #1 for me so I highly recommend trying some.

Emmerich is a fascinating human who sells reasonably priced Kona coffee … cash or check only. He works with small farm owners and loves helping them. Go find his shed. Enjoy some wonderful stories and stock up on great coffee!
