Capital One Café

I walked in to grab a snack was greeted by Melissa she helped me out with a couple of questions about my credit card and we just had a great conversation overall and I got a latte made by Stephani I told her to make it with love and she did just that! A great experience look forward to my next visits ! Thank youuu

The banking staff was atrocious. Rude, uninformed and helpless. The cafe staff was wonderful. Coffe was not enjoyable. I RECIEVED absolutely no help with my account questions. The women was completely bothered by my exsistance and any question about accounts. I brought my friend in to make a $30,000 new account and we left with our opening one. Won't bother going back. Business lost!

Within the mall, not exactly easy access. My 50% off simple coffee still cost $7. Charged for milk! Also had trouble getting on their wifi. Don't really see the point of this place.

This was my first visit to the Capital One Cafe, and I was truly impressed by the friendly staff who kindly introduced the cafe's facilities to me. The space is quite spacious, featuring an open landscape design with modern decor. I would love to see a branch open at Cherry Hill Mall in the future.

This place deserves a lot of recognition. The coffee is honestly some of the best in the area, and the staff are always consistently so great. Whether they are working on the bank side or cafe, they’re always a pleasure. A particular shout out to Andy who took care of an issue of a food item being out of stock so professionally and kindly!
