I've been to the other location on Main Street several times. Never disappointed. Today though, I got the roasted chicken enchilada supreme and there was gristle inside which immediately made me gag. The food otherwise was very fresh and hot. No complaints from the rest of the group. I also got the brisket taco which was delicious. Cool place too. Lots of TVs and nice bar area as well.

This was my first time here. What I got was good. Chicken teriyaki, Peruvian shrimp and fish. Service was great. I’ll have to try their cocktails next time. Not an “authentic” taco spot like la Estrella for example but still a great place to vibe and enjoy good food. That queso had a great flavor… not just basic or straight from a jar.

I went to this location and ordered 6 tacos, but the portion of meat I received wasn’t even half of what it should’ve been. I took the food back inside to complain, and they remade the tacos—but still gave me the same small amount of meat. At that point, I requested a refund. When they remade the order, I was told the portions were small because they were getting ready to close. The manager even said that if it wasn’t enough meat, she could add more—but that shouldn’t be necessary. I should receive the correct portion automatically, especially when I’m paying full price. For context, I placed my order over the phone at 8:30 PM and arrived at 8:58 PM. Google lists their closing time as 9:30 PM. Went to this cantina tonight. We are locals and love cantina, but when I ordered a bourbon drink from the Valentine’s Day special drinks, this is what I received. Could barely sip it with the amount of ice and when I did, it tasted like licorice? Was horrible. My husband got an old fashion and it tasted like they dumped fireball in there, added a cherry and called it an old fashion. I wanted to return it but our waiter just disappeared. Really upset because we love Catina!

Cantina is always a safe option for Mexican-themed food (not authentic Mexican). Nothing there is spectacular, but they have decent tacos and other similar dishes. The parking is often a nightmare and service is ok, not great.
