I got a total of 5 things in my order and I can’t believe it came out to $38.00. At a drive thru coffee shop, that’s honestly expensive. I got a kid size smoothie, two medium coffees and a grilled cheese and ciabatta bread sandwich. The only good thing from this order was my kids tiny smoothie, in which they said you can only choose one flavor for. The girl at the window was not very welcoming or didn’t seem to be very happy to be there. So customer service was a 3/10 for me, only because the girl who initially took my order was very patient and kind with me since it was my first time there. The protein in the coffees they claim to be “undetectable protein”, but that’s honestly all I could taste in the golden grams. Tried this place for the first time today! Got the app and it gave me a free coffee for my first visit! I got the fried oreo cold brew, which was delicious and i got my puppy a pup cup that she absolutely loved! The service was very very friendly and the set up of the drive thru was very easy, this will be my new coffee spot to hit on the way to school! Definitely recommend trying!

I don’t know her name but there is one barista ( light brown hair teenager) SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She always refers to me by name and knows my order and exact how i like my coffee. I am always greet with a smile and positive attitude. Go here everyday before work, can not recommend them enough.

Excellent coffees & pastries. I haven't tried the teas, smoothies or lunch menu but I'm told it's all just as good. About 2 years ago I did order a meat & cheese snack that came as a pre-packaged resale item. Unfortunately it was bad but... I never contacted Canal to complain. I'm sure if I had complaned they absolutely would have made it right! I'm always indecisive & at 50+ I'm not very knowledgeable about much more than regular coffee & tea. They are excellent at suggesting the perfect drink after you answer a few questions about your flavor preferances. I think everyone should at least give them a try... you might never go to St@√bucks again?

Great customer service. Felt very welcomed. The ladies working Saturday around 2:30 were super sweet and helpful. Pumpkin spiced latte was great. Got donut holes too and they were okay.
