This beautiful library might be one the world's most scenic places. Camden, Maine is amazing, even on a foggy morning.
What a lovely library in a peaceful setting! The building itself is beautiful, surely there is some history there. I was impressed by the friendly staff who greeted me at once and were most helpful. The library is bright and open, with many options for sitting and reading. They have an active program for outside speakers and life long learning for all ages. Top shelf!
Most beautiful library. Breathtaking view. Amazing history. Great for studying or just to visit. Walk around the building and enjoy the outdoors.
You have to appreciate the public libraries found in many Maine towns. The Camden library is particularly nice as it sits on high ground overlooking the harbor. The grounds are nicely maintained next to a park.
Hands down the most beautiful public library in the US. Even more gorgeous during the holidays.
