California Roll Sushi

This was one of the most amazing sushi rolls I’ve ever had! So fresh and organic - just melts in your mouth. We found this place online. It’s in a strip mall and has one table. Mostly take out. So worth it!! The owner explained everything and so welcoming. Takes pride in quality. He said he has a very large business delivery.

Sushi was ice cold and almost everything I got felt and look premade store sushi definitely won’t go back also was hoping to have soy sauce not homemade soy sauce. It was too sweet for me. Oh well.

I got a Spicy California Roll, a Caterpillar Roll, and Seaweed Salad. Every item was 10/10! The rolls are cold, fresh, and well made. Moreover, their spicy mayo is absolutely delicious. I find that the spicy mayo at a lot of places is too sweet. This spicy mayo has a wonderful kick. I will be coming here again!

Randomly chose this place for sushi and am so glad I did. I had the YumYum roll which was delicious but the real star was the nigiri. Best salmon and tuna I have ever had by far! The owner and cashier/waitress were so friendly and helpful. At our exclamation of how amazing the sushi was, they explained to us what makes their food special, mentioning carefully selected fish + rice, buying fresh vegetables daily, and the homemade soy sauce. I will definitely be returning!!

I had the Spicy girl and Try me both with brown rice. This place is SO GOOD!!!!
