California Fish Grill

The California Fish Grill in Escondido is a chain seafood restaurant based out of Newport Beach, California. They are focused on providing fresh, healthy, and sustainable seafood dishes in a casual environment. When visiting the Escondido location for lunch today, the orders were taken via two large touch screen menus. After taking our seats in the high-ceiling dining area, our salads were quickly delivered by the friendly staff. The Greek Shrimp salad featured tasty grilled shrimp, marinated tomato and cucumber, pickled red onion, feta and Greek dressing. The crispness of the cucumber and red onion brought a great texture and variety to the dish. The combination of the seasoned shrimp and herbal marinade on the tomato and cucumber was so flavorful that I would prefer the dressing on the

Wow wow wowwww! Amazing spot! Fish was fresh! Shrimp skewers was to die for. Everything was cooked to perfection. There are plenty of healthy options. Outdoor seating for your fur baby.

Really nice small chain and this location was excellent. We had a group and ordered a big order to go. They did miss one item in our order but otherwise it was perfect and the food quality was much better than expected. Particularly we loved the grilled fish and shrimp options and the fresh sides. I had grilled fish and shrimp tacos and they were outstanding. Better quality tortillas than I expected as well! Just a really nice fast casual concept with great execution and friendly staff!

Quality and taste at these prices.... perfect. Cant get a healthier lunch for $16. I had a salmon burrito bowl w/ brown rice, no cream sauce.
