Pho Luu Escondido - Vietnamese Cuisine

This place just opened recently and I’m so glad I tried it. The food was really delicious, fresh, and everything was clean. The prices are reasonable and the portions are good. The service was friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the fried spring rolls and the pho. If I’m in the area again, I would definitely come back.

I have to start off by saying that Pho Luu should hold the current title of best broth in Escondido. You read that right. I am not going to name names out of respect to the other mom and pop or small chain Vietnamese restaurants, but I will say that Pho Luu quite possibly outranks all within Escondido. Their broth was so rich with depth of flavor, that I forgot to initially take pictures of my partners dish. If a gang of bad dudes came in and kidnapped my significant other, I might have to finish my bowl of rare beef pho P9 before I called for help. I was partly through my lunch before I even thought to add the typical fixings that were provided. Which reminds me to say that here the flavorful sambal was actually provided at the table, something that is sometimes missing at other establish

I was looking for a close Pho place and found this gem. Great tasting broth and decent pricing. $12 for regular. Lots of noodles and steak. Service was awesome. The decorations inside are really pretty. Will return when I'm back in this area again. 🍜🌟

Great clean tasting pho! And the variety of condiments are plentiful with chile, fish sauce, jalapeños, everything! Got a punch card too. Noodles melt in your mouth and meats tastes great and not tough or rubbery! Will be coming back again! It was a grand opening so don’t expect service to be the best as they are still figuring things out (so no waters unless asked).

What an amazing new spot !! The Pho is THE BEST!! All the food was delicious . Amazing service, very clean and pretty inside !
