Café Trang Bistro Lehi - The Best Vietnamese Restaurant

First timer here. Ordered at the counter. Had a bit of a language difficulty with the well-dressed 40-something woman. We eventually worked it out and I waited for my food to be prepared. I was impressed how fast it was wrapped up in a tidy plastic sac, ready to go. Took it home and found everything inside the sack, just perfect. The food was excellent and still warm after a 20 min drive home. I ordered a small, no meat, gluten free Pho, the wife shrimp spring rolls and cream cheese wontons. Can't wait to return.

I’ve had all the Pho in Utah valley and this is among the best. Rich, savory broth, not too sweet or loaded with anise, deeply satisfying. The combination pho is excellent, with tender brisket, steak, and smallish meatballs that are more tender than some places. They go fairly light on the steak but they also don’t charge you $20 a bowl like some places either. Overall a great pho and I’ve had it 5 or 6 times and will be back for more. by the way, tear up the basil and put it in the soup along with the other toppings. Don’t be a clod 😆

Great Pho with a good flavor to the broth. Not too intense and not bland either. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nothing special but I didn't come there for that. The noodle bowl with pork is awesome! If Sometimes you get lots of yellow curry sauce and other times very little. The Boba tea is great especially the melon flavored Boba. Maybe just me but the water from the fountain drink station has a strange taste. Otherwise great food and fast service.

Been going here for a while. Cost is a little higher, but it’s good quality. CAUTION: THEY ARE VERY STINGY ON MEAT. A large beef pho’ and you can easily eat all the meat they give you in your first bite if you aren’t careful. It has gotten worse over time. I may try and find a new pho place.

We only got boba, but omg this was the best milk tea I’ve ever had. I got black sugar milk tea, 50% sweet, with tapioca boba and it’s seriously so good. Now I’m sad I’m not local! My husband got the Thai tea, no boba, he said it was fine. Not his favorite. But mine was freaking good! And it’s hard to find a milk tea that I love. I will be coming back when I’m in the area.
