Absolutely amazing, Norberto attended us and was an absolute phenomenal server. He definitely enlightened our experience and made the atmosphere so lively. The food istelf was delicious and would definitely come back again

The young man helping us was amazing. However his manager was awful. He should be embarrassed talking down to his employees in front of customers. Apparently, he felt the need to be little him about product placement in the bag like hes some little kid. Nothing ruins good employees like toxic managers like that. Don't talk to people like that. Rude. If I ever see that again I will absolutely find a way to get HR involved. Be nice to your employees! That young man gave us the best customer service ever!

most overpriced fast food ever 26 for nachos, cookie and a drink. They put barely a scoop of cheese on the nachos so I asked for more and they said oh we have to charge you more which I said was fine. Not worth the money now with the new menu. Everything has changed

The food was good as usual but the manager, I assume, a short Hispanic man was incredibly rude. There were a few people behind us but he was acting like it was rush hour. He was very rude and had no costumer service neither did the young girl working with him. Made me feel bad for even ordering. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced! Not coming back

Chipotle is usually my favorite food, but I often get a craving to come to specifically cafe Rio. It’s definitely got a different flavor than chipotle, and the staff are way more awesome to customers. I usually come with my little brother, and when I come without him, they are asking where he is. Thought about going to chipotle today, and then I remembered how awesome the staff was here, so I came here instead. Great food too!
