Cafe Cluny

A very friendly and welcoming restaurant in a great location in Greenwich Village, with perfect food. My steak and fries were excellent and the grilled chicken was perfect. The bartender was very friendly and the service was professional and attentive… but it lacked a little empathy and genuine warmth to make it feel like a real French brasserie... Still, a very good place to eat! I took the opportunity to continue reading my feel-good thriller Honesty Bar, which I found on Amazon (in English and French)—a plot for the whole family set in Paris, Warsaw, and the Seychelles!💕

We were here for dinner. The pan-seared salmon was perfectly cooked, the shallots and puree was Chef’s kiss although i found the salad to be very acidic than usual. The linguine was buttery and delicious. For desserts I wish the sticky toffee pudding was less sweet but it was moist and well made. I was not a fan of profiteroles filled with ice cream as it made it so heavy. I usually like it with pastry cream. Choux pastry was not crispy, not the best. Hot chocolate had a slight malted flavor which was pleasant- right amount of chocolate and sweetness. Service and ambience were excellent.

Cute cozy bistro with great vibe and tasty food. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice spot in West village. The menus covers good numbers of classic dishes and vegetarian options are available and great coffee.

It was one of the best restaurant experiences ever in NYC! Absolutely charming atmosphere and delicious food! Our server took care of us and recommended professionally cocktails pairing what made our dinner more memorable! Will be back to try the brunch menu!

Charming little breakfast, lunch, and dinner spot! We have been for every meal of the day they serve, and it is always excellent. Delicious food, wonderful staff, and perfectly cozy vibes. The decor is super cute and it's a great place for a tasty meal. Great coffee and cocktails, too!
