I usually enjoy this location and get a shake in the mornings after a workout about five times a year. However, today, I encountered a frustrating experience. As I walked in, I noticed a female customer, acting quite annoyed. The barista seemed equally annoyed, and they were talking over each other, not listening well. There was back-and-forth about Price and for a minute I thought the customer was very rude The barista even shouted at the customer, who was on her way to work in healthcare, “ I hope you have a better day!” But it was sounded more sarcastic than sincerely nice. I ordered my shake and was pleased to see that the barista was quick with her service. She asked me to update my profile and include my email, which I usually don’t do these days. I love this place. The shakes are DECADENT and soooo good. The staff is really friendly and they are open to customizations with toppings— always a fun time to stop by. And great at beating hunger or sweet cravings in a nutritious way! Loooove BCN!

I checked this place out with a friend after seeing an ad on Instagram. I’ve never been to a place quite like it. You order an aloe based tea and then a shake or coffee. You have to do this combo, there is not an option to just get one. The combo starts at $9 and there are several add ons for a few dollars each. From what I understand from my friend the tea is a fat burner and a staff member did say all of the shakes are 250 calories and under. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be a meal replacement? The nutritional aspect is left out of any printed materials. The products are all Herbalife. This is not advertised anywhere. For the shakes being all powder based they were quite good.

The staff are super awesome and helpful, the cafe itself is really relaxed and welcoming too. The tea and shakes are pretty tasty too and I'd say a pretty good value for how much you get. 11/10 definitely going to keep coming back 😁

First time here! The server was very nice and helpful but my strawberry shortcake shake was not good:(( It tasted like powder and no strawberry flavor. Maybe I'll go back and try out something different or maybe not! The drink was pretty pricey at $10.
