It's been a minute since I've found a caterer that can actually effectively communicate what their service is and then execute it with authority. Ryan was extremely responsive, creative and had an amazing ability to know what I wanted just by having a conversation with me - very intuitive. The food was simple and delicious and beautifully plated. His team members were professional and friendly. I really can't say how impressed I was, thanks guys!
