Burrito Me

Haven't been here in awhile, apparently things have changed, for the worse. You use a kiosk to order if you have a credit card and the girl behind the counter watches you, with noone else there. We ordered things that were options on the kiosk, Saturday night, and were told they had to check if they had ground beef? Burritos? What... then several other items that were options on the kiosk were only available on another day? What? You stand there, watch me, nothing states its on certain days! 5 item for our 2 all American big Burritos were unavailable! And after crossing them off, she says dont worry I wont charge you extra? What?? We weren't getting extra, we got less. I dont think they have cheese. White rice? Hmmm i paid $2 extra for guacamole, I think there was one squirt in the B

Ive been going to Burrito Me a few times a year for 5ish years now. At this point, it feels like they have lost their way. The food used to be great (it's mediocre at best now). The restaurant is dingy and needs a good cleaning. The bathrooms are abhorrent (dried vomit on one toilet, poop and pee on both, no TP in either, and no soap in either 🤢). I dont know that I'll be ordering burritos from there any longer as I'm genuinely worried about the severe lack of cleanliness. If that's what the customer can see in the front of the house than what does the back of the house look like?

This was a great dining experience. I was able to walk in and place an order at the kiosk. It was the lunch rush when I got there so my order wasn't ready in the most timely manner but everyone was working really hard. They suggest putting in an order online before getting to the restaurant. I enjoyed a steak burrito which was delicious. I am looking forward to going back again soon.

On Saturday, January 3rd we called at least 20 times and no one picked up the phone. We eventually did an online order for them to just be sitting in their seats upon arrival. Food was eh, needs to be known that employees don't pick up the phone. Based on other reviews I'd be scared to see the bathroom.

It's just not good anymore. Often extras you pay for (Guac, sour cream etc) are not added to the burrito despite being charged for them. This has happened MULTIPLE times. My daughter got 2 burrito's with only the meat and little rice in them, none of the other toppings she ordered. She emailed twice and called and got no response from management. Tonight's order was incorrect. We have ordered for the last time.
