Burrito Factory

Went in looking for some red chili tamales they offered me a sample right away. That was pretty cool to be honest. Thanks he tamales were great really fresh and they have a really good taste to them.

I've been here before to get a burrito it wasn't that great, so we decided to give it another try. They messed up my plate. My husband is allergic to guacamole. They put guacamole on our to go order. I get home before I realized so I called to get it fixed. They hung up on me and didn't answer any further calls. I went and took the food back. They called me a liar and told me they never wanted to see me again. They also refused to fix their problem. Worst customer service ever. 0 stars for food and for service.

I hate to say it but I was not a fan. Came to Roswell from Artesia so I don't know what burrito places are around here. I ended up choosing this place because its the only burrito place I saw. The green chili on the steak burrito tasted more like gravy. Not even a little bit of a kick. I think my steak burrito was about $4.50 amd my son's bean burrito was about $3, no complaints from him though! Overall, I probably wouldn't come back. Nice lady at the counter though!

Rude old man in the back!!!!!!!!!! Be forewarned!!!!!!! The burritos are great, but they messed up on half my order. After calling and complaining, the next day I went in to get another burrito for the hassle. The old man in the back came up and told me and my husband very rudely to let them know next time. There will not be a next time! I took my money else where!

Asado Burrito is EXCELENT! Tortilla is perfectly supple and homemade style (idk if they make or are made local) people who said otherwise must have hit a bad day. They were super nice and quick, only problem is it is too close to where I work I may be there way too often!
