Burrito Express is one of those great local Roswell chains they have about two locations here I love their full quesadilla breakfast the steak quesadilla is the best here it's also one of the only places open at 6 a.m. in Roswell which is great for those early morning birds
RIDICULOUSLY good burritos. We stopped through on our way home from Ruidosa to Texas and stumbled across this hidden gem. I ordered their breakfast quesadilla that could have fed a small family. We're "healthy" eaters so we split it. 😉
Always great for a late night dinner when you've had a long day at work.
The food was fantastic. The wait was rather long. But, it was worth it. Haven't had real authentic Mexican food since moving to Houston, and I was so glad we found this place while visiting my home state (New Mexico). I highly recommend this place!
I got a large carry out order for my team here and everything was perfect. The person working up front was very nice!
