Ordered a chicken sandwich fresh and it was not fresh. Order the side of bacon tots did not get em I always try to give them a chance once in a blue moon and on today I'm stopping for good. They always forget something. If I could rate it a zero I would

Clean restaurant, fast and friendly employees; neat variety of tables to sit at, and everything came out fast and hot. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat, one of the best BKs I’ve dined at.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Horrible service from the lady taking our orders to begin with. I asked for my order to be made fresh and she made a face, my food definitely did not taste fresh. The floor was dirty and sticky, not what it should look like from one day of traffic, sanitize bucket on table. It felt hot and humid in there and smelled dirty.

Lots of smiles & very friendly crew. Very clean. Fries were a little salty, but I like salt, so no complaints there. Burgers were awesome as always. I wasn't impressed with the mozzarella sticks, the breading was dull... No fault of the crew. The jalapeno poppers were AMAZING!!!

It was HORRIBLE! We waited over 10 minutes for our order. I went to talk to the manager after noticing others that ordered after us, had the sane burgers we ordered in their possession. She was very non -challant and said "your order got forgotten, we'll get it up soon" then told one of the young guys working to come offer us a card with a free ice cream cone. Excuse me?!! Ww paid over $25 for our food at a "FAST FOOD" Restaurant, this was TOTALLY your screwup and you offer us a cone?!! We will NOT be back, there are plenty of other places with better service to go to!
